Can I test or see a demo?

You can check the websites we have setup for testing purpose in the 'Demos' section .

A downloadable demo is not available due to the licensing of included commercial components.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Bitcoin or any Bank transfer service (Transferwise, Bank Wire or similar).

Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes!

1. At PayPal by choosing to pay without registering for a PayPal account. It will just ask your for your credit card details.

2. With a credit card to bank account transfer service like Transferwise (or other similar)

You can find the details for Bank transfers/Transferwise in the store's menu after registering/login (My Account -> Add credit) or by clicking here.

How long does it take to receive my product?

When paying with PayPal it takes only a few minutes for the product to be available for download.

When paying by bank or bitcoin it takes up to a 48h on work days to manually process the payment.

Do I pay anything else (fees, subscriptions)?

No!

Only the support period is limited (can be extended) but the product downloads and licenses are lifetime and contain no hidden fees or extra payments

Can I buy only one license key?

Buying only one license key would not decrease the price of the cms.

The price is calculated for 1 key, the rest are free, the number of free keys depends on the current marketing offer and are listed in the store.

How many times can I use one license?

You can use it on one main domain.

You can remove it and re-create it for another. The key spot won’t be lost.

You pay for the license spots (number of keys which can be registered) not for the actual key.

When using a key on (for example) etc.com subdomains and folder installs use the same key.

Meaning video.etc.com , anime.etc.com , movies.etc.com , presentations.etc.com use the same key as etc.com, they do not require extra keys.

If you need to use our CMS on more domains than the number of key spots you own head to the product page and choose “Buy extra license”.

Do you offer support?

We do offer developer support at our ticketing system.

 

After the support period passes this can be extended for a small fee if support is still necessary.

Framework used?

PHPVibe does not use any framework like 'Lavaral' or others.

It uses a structure similar to Wordpress, which can be easily edited by any beginner developer.

Where can I find the installation tutorial?

Read the documentation included in the .zip or the installation tutorial.

What hosting should I use?

Our platforms should work in any server or hosting as long as it has the requirements.
Even if 99% of the hosting companies offer this you should always ask your hosting for a test account, to avoid unpleasant restrictions that may block the cms from functioning right!

What is the difference between MediaVibe and PHPVibe Lite?

MediaVibe is a multimedia CMS and contains a larger set of features : Video upload, video conversion, ffmpeg, thumbnail extraction, mp3 uploads, image uploads.

While PHPVibe Lite is based on embedded videos only, extra it has the “embed by iframe” and “direct link to mp4” available to the administrators.

MediaVibe’s sharing options are:

  • Video upload
  • Image upload
  • Music upload
  • Direct link to remote video (admins only)
  • Link to Youtube/Vimeo/etc source
  • Embed code / iframe (admins only)
  • Youtube importer
  • Youtube automated tasks

While PHPVibe Lite has:

  • Direct link to remote video (admins only)
  • Link to Youtube/Vimeo/etc source
  • Embed code / iframe (admins only)
  • Youtube importer
  • Youtube automated tasks

MediaVibe also has some premium features like paid subscriptions, premium videos and premium hub. While PHPVibe lite doesn’t have them.

Do I need FFMPEG on my server?

No.

For PHPVibe Lite no, as it has no upload and does not store videos.

For MediaVibe you’ll need FFMPEG if you wish to convert the uploaded videos (make them web playable and multiple qualities), extract thumbnails and duration. It’s very professional and useful! But if you don’t have it it can be set off in the admin panel.

Does it download the Youtube videos?

No, it just embeds them. Youtube videos do not take any space on your server in either of the CMS platforms.

Downloading Youtube videos is illegal in most countries and with “big brother Google” is not to be messed with.

Can this be used with WordPress?

Our CMs platforms are standalone, full solutions. They cannot be used in WordPress or other CMS platforms (as themes or plugins).

What you can do is complementarity use WordPress for the blog of your website (disabling our CMS’s blog from the admin panel).

Can I disallow uploads?

Yes!

You can disallow access to any upload/sharing section or even to all for regular users.

Can I add live streams or videos from unsupported sources?

Sure! Administrator -> Add Media -> Add Embed code

You can simply paste the embed code that the website provides and it will be used as video source for your shared video.

Can I link to someone else's remote video file?

You can link to direct video files (mp4, flv, etc) directly from the admin panel.

Add Media -> Add Remote video

Can I use video ads like Youtube?

Sure! Vast ads are supported in VibeJs!

You can also use html/js as pre-rolls/prost-rolls/over-video ads and annotations over all the players.
